Calculators built into your site, from mortgage affordability to ARF drawdown, every one carrying your name.
Your firm doesn’t have
a marketing department.
It has FinanceNet.
A complete website for Irish financial brokers. Branded calculators for mortgages, pensions and protection, and a steady stream of content to go with them: a new blog post every day, a quarterly client newsletter, the Budget summary every October and a podcast.

1996
Splash has been building Irish business websites since 1996. 166 accountancy practices run on the same machine as FinanceNet.
The Problem
Four things
your website is
almost certainly
not doing.
People are on your website right now. You will never know who.
They arrive with a real question, look around, and leave. Some of them were worth six figures to you over the course of thirty years. Unless one of them happens to ring, your website tells you nothing about any of it. A calculator is the only thing on a site a stranger will willingly give a phone number to.
Your website is regulated material now, not a brochure.
The revised Consumer Protection Code has been in force since March, and it takes digital delivery seriously in a way the 2012 Code never did. Your remuneration summary, your regulatory disclosure, your credit warnings, and the claims your pages make. All of it sits on a site most firms last touched years ago.
Your best traffic finishes its journey on somebody else's brand.
Someone wants to know what they can borrow or whether their pension is enough. Your site sends them to a lender's calculator or a comparison site to find out. You did the work of getting them there, and somebody with a national advertising budget collected the enquiry.
Every October your phone should be busy. Usually it is not.
Budget night, then the pay and file deadline on 31 October, extended to 18 November on ROS. It is the only stretch of the year when a client will move money because the calendar is making them. Most firms send one email about it, late, and hope.
Splash has run the websites and monthly marketing for 165 Irish accountancy practices since 2014 through PracticeNet.
FinanceNet is the same machine,
rebuilt for a regulated brokerage.
What €89 covers
A marketing department and a compliance tidy-up, delivered as a subscription.
One flat fee covering a complete website built specifically for Irish financial brokers,
plus everything we do every month to keep it current, compliant and bringing enquiries in.
A complete brokerage website.
Not a template with your logo dropped on it. Forty-plus pages covering mortgages, pensions, retirement, protection, investments, inheritance and business owners, each written in plain English rather than provider brochure copy.
Your own
branded
calculators.
Mortgage affordability, repayment and switching. Pensions, retirement, protection, inheritance, and one built for employers. Quick answer on screen, full report behind a name and a number, every lead into your inbox.
A toolkit
page.
Every calculator, guide, checklist and spreadsheet on one page, plus a secure way for clients to send you documents instead of emailing them. The single link you give every client and every enquiry.
The compliance
furniture.
Remuneration summary, terms of business, regulatory disclosure, complaints and data protection. Plus the statutory credit warnings on every mortgage page and calculator, where they belong rather than buried in a footer.
Budget night
and the deadline.
A branded budget page with the summary as a page-turning flipbook, the PDF, your twenty-minute podcast and every previous year archived. Then the deadline campaign in the weeks before 18 November.
Changes, hosting, and being found.
New adviser, new qualification, updated fees: send us a line and we make it. Hosting included. Google Business Profile managed, and the structured data that puts a firm into map results and AI answers.
Why the mortgage tools matter most
Your best clients arrive at age 32
Most firms meet them at 45.
A mortgage is how an Irish broker acquires a client, and everything else follows from it over the next thirty years.
Miss the first step and you spend the rest of your career buying clients other people already have.
Age 32
First-time buyer
They Google what they can borrow. If that calculator is on your site, you get the name.
Weeks later
Protection
Mortgage protection is a condition of drawdown. Life cover and income protection follow naturally.
Age 40
Pension
Now earning properly, higher rate, and they already trust you.
Age 65
Retirement
The ARF conversation and the largest single piece of business in the whole relationship.
One calculator catches them at the start of that chain.
Everything after it is renewal business; you never had to win twice.
The Suite
Tools, covering
everything
a broker actually sells.
Every figure checked against Revenue, the Department of Social Protection,
the Pensions Authority and the Central Bank, and revised within days of Budget Day.
Each one has its page with a plain guide, so it answers the question and earns the search.
What can I borrow?
Central Bank limits, deposit and Help to Buy. The first thing every buyer searches.
Mortgage repayment
Monthly cost, total interest, and what overpaying does to the term.
Mortgage switcher
The saving, the payback period, and the most overlooked money in Irish personal finance.
Pension projection
Existing fund, contributions, growth. The pot and the income it produces.
Tax relief
A €100 contribution costing €60, and the headroom they are not using.
Auto-enrolment or private
My Future Fund set against a pension of their own, for their salary.
State Pension gap
€299.30 a week against what they actually spend.
ARF drawdown
Fund, drawdown, imputed distribution. Will the money last.
Retirement lump sum
A quarter of the fund, the first €200,000 free of tax.
Find an old pension
Roughly where they worked and when, and you go looking for it. A tracing request, and a live lead.
Life cover needed
Income, mortgage, existing cover. The shortfall in one figure.
Income protection
75% of an income replaced, and the relief on the premium.
Specified illness cover
What a lump sum on diagnosis would need to cover.
Regular investing
Compound growth, and the cost of waiting a year to start.
Inheritance tax
Group thresholds, 33% on the balance. Opens the Section 72 conversation.
Employer cost of auto-enrolment
What My Future Fund costs a business now and as the rates step up. Brings you a company, not a person.
Company pension funding
What the company can put in for a director, and what it saves in corporation tax.
Keyperson cover
What the business would need if it lost the person it depends on.

Leads with
the question
everyone asks.
"How much do I need to retire?" Every client asks it. The calculator answers it in seconds.
Move the sliders. This is the tool exactly as it sits on your website, carrying your brand and sending the enquiry to your email.
After 40% tax relief it costs about €574 a month.
The State Pension covers the first €15,564 of that income from age 66.
The report goes to them. The name, email and phone come to you.
Illustrative figures, not advice. Growth defaults to 5% a year after charges and drawdown to 4%, both adjustable above. Assumes the full State Pension (Contributory) of €299.30 a week, €15,564 a year, from age 66 with a complete PRSI record. Relief shown at the higher rate of 40% and is subject to the age-related percentage limits and the €115,000 earnings cap. Every FinanceNet tool discloses its assumptions on screen and is revised after each Budget.
The two dates that pay for the year
Your year has two moments.
Most websites sleep through both.
An accountant's big day is Budget night.
An adviser gets Budget night and the pay and file deadline,
and the second one is the one that moves money.
18 Nov
The deadline that makes people act
A contribution paid and elected before the ROS deadline can be set against last year's income. For a self-employed client at the higher rate, a €10,000 contribution is €4,000 off the bill. That is the clearest reason to ring an adviser that exists in the Irish calendar, and it expires on a fixed date. We build the campaign, the landing page and the calculator around it, and it runs under your name.
Budget night
A summary from you, the same evening
Contribution limits, the State Pension rate, auto-enrolment bands, CAT thresholds, exit tax, and the Standard Fund Threshold are on their way to €2.8 million by 2029. All of it moves in October. Your clients get a plain-English summary with your name on it that night, and every calculator on your site is corrected within days.
A static calculator is wrong within twelve months. Wrong figures on a regulated firm's website is not a small problem. Keeping them right is most of what the monthly fee buys.
No advice on screen
The calculator starts it.
You finish it.
Every tool runs a generic projection with its assumptions disclosed and a plain warning that it is not personal advice.
No recommendation is made, no product is named, and nothing is suitability-assessed on a slider.
The tools tell you who is asking. The advice stays where it belongs, with you, in a meeting, on the record.
One flat fee.
Membership gives your firm a complete brokerage website and keeps every figure on it right.
One pension transfer covers either of them for a year.

Your Budget
Summary.
On Budget night,
your clients hear it from you first.
A clear summary of the Budget, carrying your name and ready on the evening it is announced, for your website and for your clients.
Budget day is the one day of the year when everyone is thinking about their money. The headlines are about billions and the national finances, but your clients want to know something much simpler: what does this mean for my pension, my savings and my family? If you are not the one telling them, the radio, the papers or their bank will be.
A summary with your name on it, in their hands that evening, shows you were watching, that you understand what has changed, and that you are the person to talk to before they make a decision. The questions always come the morning after. This makes sure they come to you.
How it brings in more business.
Three ways it generates income.
Each summary is written to do a job, not just to fill a page.
It starts the review.
Every Budget has something in it for somebody: a pension rule adjusted, the tax on savings changed, an inheritance threshold moved, or relief extended or allowed to lapse. When a client spots the line that touches them, the natural next step is a review of their pension, their protection or their plans for the family, and your number is right there on the page.
The Budget also lands just weeks before the tax return deadline, while self-employed clients still have time to make a pension contribution and claim relief against last year's tax.
Clear, and
easy to follow.
The summary is published on your website, alongside a library of 29 branded calculators, ready for clients to use whenever a question comes up: pension projections, tax relief on contributions, retirement lump sums, life cover, income protection, inheritance tax and more. Budget night is when people go looking for answers, and this gives them a reason to come to your site rather than a newspaper's.
A client who comes to read the Budget finds the tools right there, every figure they work out carries your name, and their results can be sent straight to you by email.
It gets
passed on.
A Budget summary is exactly the kind of thing people forward to a partner, a parent, a colleague or a friend. With your name and number on it, every copy that travels introduces you to someone who may be looking for a financial adviser, or who has never had one.
Budget 2027 - October 2026
Download PDFIt prompts the call.
Each issue answers your clients' questions: what a change in the rules means for them, whether they are saving enough for retirement, and whether their family would be looked after if something happened. An article on something as simple as topping up a pension before the October tax deadline prompts a call in a way a sales letter never will.
Client calculators.
Every issue is published on your website, alongside a large library of branded calculators, ready for clients to use whenever a question comes up. They cover everything from what they can borrow and what their pension might be worth to how much life cover their family would need. A client who comes to read an article finds the tools right there, and every answer they work out carries your name.
It earns
referrals.
Most advisers grow by word of mouth, and people forward a good article. With your name on it, every share introduces you to a friend, a colleague or a family member who may be looking for advice they can trust.
Right
on time.
Each issue lands when it matters most: the start of the tax year, the run-up to the new school year, the pension deadline and the Budget. Clients read about a deadline while there is still time to act, and the obvious person to ring is the one whose name is on the page.
